Khaki pants or Chinos are a major contribution of the Anglo-Saxon style. British soldiers were the first in India to call Khaki (color powder) when they decided to dye the white uniforms with coffee, camouflage to make them. The Americans instead called Chinos (Chinese in Spanish) of the pants worn by the army returning from the Philippines. A few rules: no pleats, prohibited the fold, four pockets, wide leg and maybe a little bit ‘worn on the bottom, wrinkled just enough.
The best way to wear them are lived, a little ‘dirty, scratched, are cool.
The symbol of this sile: Steve McQueen.
